Reservation & Deposit Policy
- Reservation will be confirmed by a 30% on the total amount for length of stay for Promotion and Low season
- Reservation will be confirmed by a 50% on the total amount for length of stay for High season and Peak season
Cancellation & No show Policy
- The booking must be cancelled 15 days before arrived will be charge one night for Promotion, Low season,High season
- For Peak season (20 Dec -10 Jan) cancelled the hotel will be charge full deposit.
- No show the hotel will charge full deposit
- Late check out 1-4 hour half price and 5 hour up one night charge
